Welcome to Intelligent Gourmet. Here we believe “you should never sacrifice flavor for health, or health for flavor.”

Our goal is to solve the health and lifestyle problems caused by food, with food. We know that if you “eat better, you will feel better, and live better.”

Our owners envisioned a casual place where you could get your food and juice without feeling guilty or counting the calories on your plate. We named this Intelligent Gourmet, Tampa’s 1st prepared meal + juice distillery.

At Intelligent Gourmet we offer a relaxed atmosphere where we invite you stop in and simply enjoy a cup of organic tea or have us plate you a meal. Here you can grab n go, pickup curbside or arrange for delivery if you decide to have us cater an event. You can order from our regular and specials menu. We don’t believe calories and carbs are bad – we just think they need to be balanced to help you look fantastic and feel energetic all day long.

Our creative team of chefs developed our recipes using ingredients* that are all-natural, organic, nitrate-free, preservative-free, non-GMO verified, anti-biotic free, gluten-free, and low in carbohydrates. Our meals and juices are created with the power of whole foods in mind, and with incredible, ridiculously delicious flavor as the end result.

We make our food fresh – never frozen, and always from scratch, dressings, sauces and bone broths. It tastes better that way!

MODIFIED STORE HOURS
We have temporarily cut back our hours to the following:
Monday - Friday: 10:30AM - 6:00PM*
Saturday: 11:00AM - 4:00PM*
Sunday: Closed
*Kitchen closes at 3pm Mon - Sat, Grab-&-Go selections, deli case items, juices, bakery, and smoothies are available until close.
