We know that no two bodies are the same, so our menu offers vegan, vegetarian, keto, gluten-free, low carb, and paleo options. Each recipe is the result of considerable research and taste-testing by our team leader, Linda Baldwin, who is not only a chef but a holistic health coach!
We use quality lean proteins, low-glycemic carbs and “clean” fats to give you long-lasting energy and reduce food cravings. We don’t believe calories and carbs are bad – we just think they need to be balanced to help you look fantastic and feel energetic all day long. We look for locally grown produce and fresh organic herbs to incorporate into our dishes, and we make our food fresh on the day you get it – never frozen, and always from scratch. It tastes better that way!
